What was supposed to be Destiny's last day of sixth grade turns into a nightmare. She finds herself living with her great aunt, Florence, who she doesn't remember, after her parents were in a car accident.
While living there, she discovers what was once a beautiful backyard garden and puts all of her strength and efforts into restoring it. And in the process, she finds the means in which to save her mom, new friends, and magic like she's never seen before.
